Face + Body Staples
Over the past couple months I've had a strict facial and body regime down and while establishing that regime i've added a few products which have become my staples. I don't use commercial lotions or shower gels. When it comes to my skin I tend to stick to products free from sulfates, parabens, silicones, and synthetic fragrances. My skin loves natural oils and butters and looks it best when my skin soaks them up.
Body:
Every time I stepped foot in target I saw this product, picked it up and realized it was an impulse buy and put it down lol. But this time I was serious about my purchase and I haven't regretted it. This body wash smells amazing and leaves a lingering scent that last forever, especially if you pair it with the Shea Moisture lotions. My skin is never dry, so it was important for me to find a body wash that left my skin with all of its natural oils and soft and this is it. I will always buy this along with my Dr Bronners Organic Castile Soap.
In a previous post I mentioned that I started using natural deodorants but was still trying it different brands. After thorough research I came across the brand Primal Pit Paste. They sell it my local Mom's and they have a variety of scents and even a special formula for children. I love that it last longer than the T'eo from Lush but knowing my body I know have to apply it twice throughout the day. It smells like tea and is very fresh and refreshing.
Face:
My face use to be extremely dry, especially in the winter months but I've learned to combat my dryness with grapes oil. During my day and night time facial routine I always end with grapeseed oil as my moisturizer. It's light, never sits on my skin and gives my a dewy look. P.S I have yet to break out from using grapeseed oil , but find the oil that works for you!
This toner is absolutely one of my favorite staples, it gets the job done during my facial routines and leave my skin clean and refreshed.
