Solo Traveling: Philly Edition
One of my big goals after graduating was to travel and I have to say it's been amazing. There is so much world outside of Baltimore and it beautiful. This past weekend I took a solo trip to Philly to visit my friend from high school. This was my first trip alone, I was expecting the unexpected and to try a lot of new food! My friend hosted me for the weekend and it was amazing. Being in a new city with new faces is such a refreshing necessity. We packed in so much in 2 days but I wish I could have stayed longer to do a deeper exploration Philly.
My favorite part of the trip was visiting my friend's art studio. The view is amazing I could sit there all day, sip tea and just stare at the view, it was an amazing experience. I also got a chance to check out a beautiful BYOF tea shop called, The Random Tea Room & Curiosity Shop. The chai tea is amazing and the back yard is lovely.
I look forward to returning to Philly and visiting the Fabric Museum.
